To register as a member of Saint Bernard Church, you must complete a registration form and send it to the parish office.  You may drop the completed form in the collection basket, mail it to the rectory at 25 Saint Bernard Terrace, Rockville CT 06066, or FAX it to the rectory at 860-871-7460.
