COMBINED PARISH COUNCILS MEET TO PLAN FUTURE The combined Parish Councils of the Catholic Community of St. Bernard and St. Matthew met Saturday, January 16th at Tolland Lodge for a day long retreat and facilitated planning session.  The planning meeting discussed features loved about each parish, key yoking areas of concern, and development of a 3 month plan to implement goals set by the combined Parish Councils Seated left to right: Deacon Ron Freedman, Fr. The next meeting of the St. Bernard's Prayer Shawl Ministry will be on Thursday, January 14th, from 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. in the Church hall.  We invite all those who enjoy knitting and/or crocheting to consider joining our Prayer Shawl Ministry.  Instructions for the shawls will be provided, but please bring yarn, knitting needles (size 10 to 11), or a crochet hook, size M or N.    We meet once a month ( 2nd Thursday of each month) to create prayer shawls.
