Knights of Columbus Update

The Knights of Columbus Advocate "Keep Christ in Christmas!" Our Lady of Fatima Council 4122 has had a busy month. A large contingent set up the St. Bernard's crèche, ready in time for the Parish Christmas Caroling after Immaculate Conception Mass on December 8th. Members from our council also set up the crèche on the Rockville Town Green. About 20 members of our council participated in "Breakfast with Santa", cooking pancakes and sausage, helping to raise funds for the preschool. The hit of the morning was Al's crêpes! Dear Parish family, As a young boy I seem to recall that time often moved at a snail’s pace.  I’m sure my parents have very “fond” memories of our road trips when my two sisters and I continually asked the question from the back seat, “are we there yet?!”   I also recollect that Christmas seemed to take an eternity to arrive.  Today, however, I am of the mindset that time is a great sprinter and I’m running out of breath trying to keep up with it.  I would imagine that today my road trip response from the...

The stone church can be seen from Route 44.
